Susan Dull is anything but “dull”!
Just consider how she moved to Austin: on a visit here in 2007, she met some local artists while eating BBQ at the Salt Lick. They encouraged her to drive through Wimberley and Driftwood, knowing she would fall in love with their charming little area. But alas, it was the last day of Susan’s trip and she already had an appointment to tour a house for sale in Hometown Kyle. But the sales office was closed when she showed up for her appointment. Good naturedly, Susan started to drive back to Austin when she noticed the sign “Driftwood: 13 Miles”. As fate and destiny had it, she followed that road and suddenly everything seemed to be in Technicolor. There were ranches and longhorns and horses, oh my! She felt transported back to a simpler time with a relaxed pace where nature’s paintbrush is lit under buttermilk skies.
Before moving to Texas, Susan was the broker and sales manager of Shadow Hills Realty - just up the road from Warner Brothers’ Studios in the Foothill area of California where they filmed several Western movies and cowboy serials. Currently she resides in the real West – under the big sky country in Driftwood, Texas surrounded by other artists and musicians, writers and country folks. Contact Susan so she can help you find your “little bit of heaven” in Texas too!
